Decker Management Ltd. is the owner and operator of Simpson Manor and is responsible for the management, the staffing, the provision of care and the compliance with the existing legislation, regulations, and licensing standards.
Simpson Manor is licensed under Part II of the British Columbia Hospital Act and operates under the Community Care & Assisted Living Act and is governed by the Residential Care Regulations of British Columbia. Compliance with the Acts and Regulations are monitored through the Fraser Health Authority.
